Steps into wellness
The Journey into Well-Being is exactly that - a Journey.
With a multitude and myriad of steps along the way which can take each individual into so many different parts of our own being, and our own knowing as we each come deeper into health. From nutrition to mindfullness practises, massage, remembering to laugh, rediscovering ourselves anew, finding rhythm and balance - the doorways into what true health looks like is different for each one of us. As are the steps to get there. But there are Steps to get there, and it is so important to keep taking them. One Step at a time.... The Steps into Wellness programme grew out of recognising this, and wanting to come together as a group of therapists to offer greater support in this journey. Working together, we are more than when we work alone. We also recognised that there were numerous people who simply could not access the work we did. It may be that they didn't know about us, or it may be that costs were a limiting factor. Recognising that, we also realised that by working together we could access funding which would allow us to do more, offer more, reach more and give more. So, we resolved to do just that. And Steps into Wellness was born. Originally, through the calling and pulling together of some powerful personalities by Deborah Armstrong early in 2017, Steps into Wellness is already "Stepping" forward and gaining its own momentum with reaching out to groups and individuals alike.
